Affiliate Terms

These rules supplement the Customer Terms for approved Aurum affiliates. Applying does not guarantee approval. Codes and commission rates only become active after written approval.

Promotion rules

• Clearly and prominently disclose that you may earn commission.
• Use only current, approved factual materials. Do not promise profits, “passive income”, guaranteed trades, job replacement, safety from loss or FCA approval.
• Do not give personal investment recommendations, operate customer accounts, collect broker passwords or imply you represent customer support.
• Do not spam, use purchased lists, create fake/duplicate accounts, self-refer unless approved, bid on Aurum brand terms without permission, or obscure risk warnings.
• Obey advertising, privacy, electronic marketing and financial-promotion laws for every channel and country.

Commission

The portal shows the approved rate and tracked qualifying referrals. Demo performance is excluded and never generates affiliate commission. Personal live accounts use eligible realised profit. Prop-firm accounts use only a verified reward after the referred account reaches funded status; Aurum’s service fee is 22.25% of that verified reward, reduced by 2.25 percentage points while the referred customer has verified current research participation, and challenge equity or unverified rewards do not qualify. Affiliate commission is calculated from the eligible basis at the affiliate’s approved package or special rate. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, cancellations, taxes and duplicate attribution may reduce or reverse commission. Figures may remain pending while evidence and payment settle. Affiliates are responsible for their taxes.

Performance-related commission

No affiliate may advertise performance-related commission as a customer incentive or encourage excessive trading. Any profit-linked arrangement is subject to legal and regulatory review and may be withheld or replaced if Aurum reasonably believes payment or promotion would breach law or platform rules.

Monitoring and termination

Keep promotional records and provide them on request. Aurum may suspend links, withhold disputed/fraudulent commission or terminate for breach, misleading promotion, complaints, legal risk or inactivity. Valid undisputed commission accrued before termination remains payable subject to the agreed threshold and verification.

Nothing creates employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Aurum. English law applies, subject to mandatory rights. Contact Only1syre@gmail.com.
