Cancellation and refunds

Monthly renewal

You can cancel future monthly renewal by emailing Only1syre@gmail.com from your registered email with your Aurum email or customer reference. We will confirm receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. It does not close open MT5 positions; disable Algo Trading and manage your broker account separately.

14-day cooling-off period

UK consumers normally have 14 days from contract formation to cancel a distance contract. If you expressly ask us to begin services during that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already supplied. If downloadable digital content begins after your express consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost, that right may end for that supplied content. Faulty or misdescribed content and services remain subject to statutory remedies.

Trials, credits and promotions

For monthly plans, saving a payment method does not start the 14-day free trial. The trial starts only when Aurum records the first fresh, signed heartbeat matching the licensed MT5 login and broker server. The customer portal then shows the actual start and end. Cancel before that end if you do not want the paid subscription. Unused Research Credits have no cash value; statutory refund rights still apply where required. A discount does not remove consumer rights.

Faults

Tell us promptly if the Service is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. We may repair, replace, repeat performance or provide a price reduction/refund as required by consumer law.
