Aurum applies different risk, execution and fee rules after MT5 confirms the account type and broker server.

Understand the fee basis

Demo: no performance fee. Personal live: 9.75%, 9.25%, 8.75%, 8.25% or 7.75% according to account-size band. Prop: 22.25% only on a verified funded reward. Verified research contributors receive 2.25 percentage points off their applicable rate. Referrals never increase the customer’s fee.

Where will Aurum and MT5 run?

The current customer installer supports Windows only. Mac users can use Aurum through a Windows VPS, but direct installation on macOS is held until Apple signing and notarisation are complete.

Free-trial timing: Stripe securely saves your payment method at signup, but your 14-day free trial does not start then. It begins only when Aurum records the first fresh, signed heartbeat matching the MT5 login and broker server in your personal licence. Your first monthly charge is due after those 14 trial days unless cancelled. Trial activation never bypasses trading-readiness checks.

Your subscription renews monthly at the price shown above until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through support. Statutory rights are not affected. See the cancellation and refund policy.
